Privacy Policy

Atlas Vault ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile application designed for emergency preparedness. We aim to collect the minimum data needed to operate. Your data is stored locally on your device and is never uploaded to our servers unless you explicitly choose to do so.

Data stored locally on your device: inventory items, checklists, documents, photos, offline map tiles, emergency contacts, guides, weather cache, and app preferences (theme, language, PIN). All of this data remains on your device.

Data processed by third-party SDKs:

• RevenueCat — manages in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat receives your anonymous App Store / Google Play purchase receipts to validate entitlements. We do not send personal information to RevenueCat. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

We do NOT collect: names, email addresses, phone numbers, location history, analytics, crash reports, advertising identifiers, or any form of user tracking.

We use information solely to provide, maintain, and improve the app experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

The app may request the following device permissions:

• Location — to display your position on maps and provide weather data for your area. Location data is processed on-device and never sent to our servers.
• Notifications — to alert you about expiring inventory items and daily checks (optional, user-controlled).
• Camera / Photo Library — to attach photos to inventory items. Photos are stored locally on your device.

All permissions are optional. The app functions without granting any of them, though some features will be limited.

We do not share your data with third parties except as described above (RevenueCat for purchase validation). We may disclose information if required by law.

All app data is stored locally on your device. You can delete all your data at any time from Settings → Delete All Data. This permanently removes all inventory, checklists, documents, photos, contacts, offline maps, and preferences from your device.

Uninstalling the app also removes all locally stored data.

Sensitive data (PIN, authentication tokens) is stored using the device's secure keychain (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Optional PIN and biometric authentication protect access to the app. Backup files can be encrypted with a user-defined password (AES-256).

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will indicate the latest update date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
