Using Emergency SOS
Send emergency alerts with your GPS location.
How SOS works
The SOS feature sends a pre-written emergency message with your current GPS coordinates to all your emergency contacts via SMS. It works without internet — only cellular signal is needed for SMS.
Triggering SOS
To send an SOS alert:
- 1Tap the SOS button on the bottom navigation bar
- 2Confirm the action (this prevents accidental triggers)
- 3The app will get your GPS location and compose an SMS to all emergency contacts
- 4The SOS also activates the flashlight in SOS morse code pattern
Tip
- Test the SOS feature with your contacts so they know what to expect.
- Make sure at least one emergency contact is set up before you need it.
