Expiry date tracking

Never let supplies expire with automatic alerts.

Setting expiry dates

When adding or editing an item, tap the Expiry Date field and pick a date. Items with expiry dates will show color-coded indicators:

  1. 1Green — Expiry date is more than 30 days away
  2. 2Yellow — Expiring within 30 days
  3. 3Red — Expired

Expiry notifications

Atlas Vault checks expiry dates periodically and can show you which items need attention. Check the inventory view for color-coded badges.

Tip
  • Review your inventory monthly and rotate stock — use the oldest items first.
